1. Site Use

The Site offers info on COA, our mission supporting Colorado hunting/fishing/outdoor opportunities, member directories, news, events, and resources. Use lawfully only. Prohibited: violating laws, posting objectionable content, interfering with the Site, unauthorized automation, or commercial copying.

2. Member Directory & Third-Party Content

Member listings are informational only. COA does not endorse or guarantee any member’s services or accuracy. Interactions with members are your responsibility. Third-party links are at your own risk.

3. Intellectual Property

Site content is owned by COA/licensors and protected by law. Limited license granted for personal, non-commercial viewing only.

4. Disclaimers & Liability Limit

Site provided “as is” with no warranties. COA not liable for indirect/consequential damages. Max liability: $100.

5. Indemnification

You indemnify COA against claims from your violation of these Terms or Site misuse.

6. Privacy Policy

•  Collected: You provide (name, email, etc. via forms/inquiries); auto-collected (IP, usage via cookies/analytics).

•  Use: Respond, send updates (opt-out available), improve Site, legal compliance.
