Our Colorado hunting Leases are at elevations of 6500 to 9000 feet and consist of Alfalfa hay meadows/ pasture and oak brush and dark timber. Some ranches join Colorado state wildlife areas and BLM lands. We require 4 to 6 hunters depending on the size of ranch lease to book the private ranch for the entire season.

Why go unguided:

We show you the property boundaries, review ranch rules and give you the locked gate combination. Now you have a private ranch that is exclusively for your hunting group for the designated dates of your hunt. Most hunters enjoy the adventure of searching, locating and stalking Elk/Deer on their own without a guide. when they are successful, with a harvest, it creates such a feeling of self-pride and accomplishment and a memory they will remember for years. Lodging can be obtained nearby in Motel/ Campground or a Ranch house that is fully furnished with conveniences that makes your hunt much more enjoyable.
