Renewing Your COA Outfitter Membership (2026 → 2027)

As part of launching the new Colorado Outfitters Association website, all existing Outfitter Members will complete a one-time onboarding process to transition into our new system.

Step 1: Complete the Renewal Onboarding Form - Please complete this form to:

• Submit any updated business and contact information
• Review and sign the required membership attestation
• Prepare your account for activation in the new system and secure your membership renewal and payment on 12/31/26 for the upcoming 2027 annual membership.

Once you submit this form, your renewal application will go through the standard COA approval process. After COA has approved your renewal application, you will receive an automatic email with your activation link. This is where you will:
• Enter your credit card information
• Securely activate your membership in the new system

In addition, a member of COA will also reach out to you via email with the “activation code” that you will need to process your membership. This step:
• Confirms the card is valid and active
• Protects both you and COA from payment issues
• Ensures your membership renewal processes smoothly moving forward

What Happens Next? Once your account is activated:
• Your membership will be fully set up in the new system
• Your 2027 annual membership dues of $500.00 will be fully charged and automatically processed on December 31, 2026.

Why This Matters: This onboarding step allows COA to deliver a more modern, efficient, and secure member experience, powered by enhanced website technology and integrated payment systems.

Attestation Of Compliance with Membership Requirements

By submitting this application you agree to abide by the CODE OF ETHICS of the COLORADO OUTFITTERS ASSOCIATION, which can be found at www.coloradooutfitters.org under the Code of Ethics tab. The statutes referenced below can be found there as well.

Terms & Conditions

By submitting this outfitters renewal and payment form, you attest to your compliance with all requirements for a certificate of registration as set forth in Section 12-55.5-105(1), , C.R.S. which includes but is not limited to:

• The requirement to hold and maintain a valid first aid certificate or card.
• Possess the minimum liability insurance coverage.
• Maintain a surety bond in the minimum amount required by law, and that you.
• Possess all required permits or written permission on the land where you provide outfitting services.

Pursuant to Section 12-55.5-106,C.R.S you attest that you do not have any violations of local, state, or federal law related to public land management, wildlife, health, or cruelty to animals on your record.

Please be advised that the Office retains the right to request copies of the actual documents and you may be randomly selected to undergo an audit of registration requirements at any time.
