2026 COA Annual Banquet & Fundraising Event

We’re excited to invite you to one of the most meaningful gatherings of the year—the 2026 COA Annual Banquet & Fundraiser. Hosted by the Colorado Outfitters Association, this special evening will take place on Saturday, April 11, 2026, at the Pagosa Springs Community Center, with doors opening at 4:00 p.m.

Each year, our Annual Banquet brings together outfitters, guides, sportsmen, families, partners, and outdoor enthusiasts from across Colorado. It’s a night dedicated to celebrating our shared love of the outdoors and supporting the work we do together to protect access to Colorado’s wild places.

An Evening of Community, Conservation, and Celebration

When you join us in Pagosa Springs, you can expect an evening filled with delicious food, great company, and a shared purpose. The banquet includes dinner, a cash bar, live and silent auctions, games, drawings, and raffles, all designed to bring our community together in a fun and welcoming setting.

More importantly, this evening gives us the opportunity to connect with others who care deeply about hunting, fishing, conservation, and responsible outdoor recreation. The Annual Banquet is one of our most important fundraisers of the year, helping us continue our advocacy, education, and conservation-focused efforts throughout Colorado.

Who We Are and What We Stand For

The Colorado Outfitters Association is a statewide alliance of licensed, bonded, and insured professional outfitters who are passionate about sharing Colorado’s outdoors in a safe, ethical, and responsible way. Our members include hunters, anglers, horsemen, ranchers, and wilderness guides who live and work in Colorado’s backcountry.

Since our beginnings in the 1980s, we’ve worked together to protect access to the outdoors, promote ethical guiding standards, and support conservation efforts that help preserve Colorado’s outdoor traditions. Stewardship, integrity, and respect for the land guide everything we do.

Why Your Support Matters

Our mission is to protect, maintain, and enhance the opportunity to hunt, fish, and enjoy the Colorado outdoors. Funds raised at the Annual Banquet help support advocacy, education, and conservation initiatives that defend responsible access to public lands and support ethical outfitting across the state.

These efforts matter now more than ever. Challenges affecting public lands, outdoor access, and traditional uses of the outdoors continue to grow. We believe the best way forward is through collaboration, education, and a strong, unified community. By coming together at this event, we strengthen our collective voice and our ability to stand up for the outdoor opportunities that define Colorado.
